Responsibilities
- Check and lubricate gas pipeline valves
- Install supports, valves, piping and control systems
- Clean, polish, file or otherwise finish products
- Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment
- Check products for quality and other specifications
- Operate or tend automatic or multi-purpose machines to produce metal parts and metal products
- Fit and assemble components using hand and power tools
- Set up, operate and maintain a variety of conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
